Alabama's Best in Broadcasting Honored
Record Number of Alabama Broadcasters Gather for Annual Awards
Just over 250 radio and television professionals from across the state convened for the presentation of the Alabama Broadcasters Association’s fourth annual “Best in Broadcasting Awards”, otherwise known as the ABBYs, on Saturday, March 20 at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center in Birmingham, Alabama. The record number of representatives from stations gathered to take home over 65 awards. In addition, the Alabama Associated Press awarded its highest broadcast honors during the gala.
