His early years in the business also included working for ABC Wide World of Sports. His radio career spans 40 years of specialized consulting work. Terry's expertise is helping turn around under performing media properties. He has managed and operated up to five stations simultaneously in his consulting work. He has been working on legislation for incentives to produce television programs and films in Alabama. He is the President and CEO of Scenic Productions & Cable Network and founding member and Executive Director of Trinity Bank, Dothan AL.
Terry's leadership skills grew stronger in service to his community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club, Enterprise YMCA and the Dothan Advertising Club. He served on the Governor's Advisory Board of Educational TV of Alabama (appointed by Gov. Fob James), Alabama Heart Fund, American & Alabama Heart Association and the United Way Fund Drive. He has been honored with the Silver Beaver Award from the Alabama-Florida Council of Boy Scouts of America and served over 25 years as a Board Member to District Scout Council.

Terry is a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Dothan, AL. He and his wife Sharon have three children, Ryanne, Skip and Tera.
