To assure that we have adequate meeting space, we ask that you please indicate which sessions you and others for whom you are registering are most likely to attend by entering the number of expected attendees. For sessions not likely to be attended, leave blank.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE ABA OFFICE.

If your station or company is sending several people, all rooms may be reserved on a single credit card. Credit card will hold the reservation, it will not be charged until you check out,

Room rates:

ABA Members - $50 per night for Friday and Saturday stay
• Available for the first 100 rooms booked
• Limited to five rooms per company
• You must stay two nights in order to get the $50 rate. The single night rate is $129.

Non Members: $129 per night
• Not available after total room block is full or block deadline has passed

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or 1 night room and tax will be assessed. It will be the responsibility of the guest to contact the hotel with their cancellation request.
