ALABAMA BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION PRESENTS THE 19TH ANNUAL ABBY AWARDS®
The Alabama Broadcasters Association celebrated their 19th Annual Alabama’s Best in Broadcasting®, otherwise known as the ABBY Awards®, Saturday, April 5h at The Club in Birmingham, Alabama. Over 300 radio and television broadcasters represented stations from across the state as colleagues and competitors collected statues. WOOF-FM of Dothan was named the 2025 “Radio Station of the Year.” WBRC of Birmingham was named “Television Station of the Year.”

Judging took place in February with a total of 12 radio and television professionals reviewing entries in person over two full days at an out-of-state location. In addition, three bilingual broadcasters reviewed radio categories with both English and Spanish submissions. These panelists’ reviews resulted in the following ABBY Awards and Judges’ Awards of Merit.
