Ellen Chandler was born and raised just outside of Birmingham. She graduated Auburn University (War Eagle) in 2011 with a degree in Radio, Television & Film. After interning and working part time with iHeartMedia Birmingham, she was hired as the Promotions Director. She just celebrated her 5th year anniversary with the company.

In November 2018, Ellen, along with two other sassy Southern ladies, started the true crime/comedy podcast Southern Disgrace. Every Monday, the ladies spill the not so sweet tea on murders and crimes that have happened in the South. When she isn’t working or investigating cases for the podcast, Ellen enjoys spending time with her husband and fur babies, reading and cooking.
