{"id":2310,"date":"2014-06-10T06:11:50","date_gmt":"2014-06-10T12:11:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/al-ba.com\/wp2\/?page_id=2310"},"modified":"2014-06-10T06:12:10","modified_gmt":"2014-06-10T12:12:10","slug":"wmfc-fm-co-owner-passes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/al-ba.com\/wp2\/wmfc-fm-co-owner-passes\/","title":{"rendered":"WMFC Co-Owner Passes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Funeral services were held June 3<sup>rd<\/sup> in Monroeville for Carolyn Hall Stewart, 91, whose family has owned radio station WMFC since its beginning in 1952.\u00a0 She and son David have owned the station since her husband and David\u2019s father, Bill, died in 1995.\u00a0 \u00a0David, who also serves on the ABA Board of Directors, has managed WMFC since 1985.<\/p>\n<p>Born and raised in Bay Minette, Carolyn Stewart graduated from Baldwin County High School.
