Your ALERT FM receivers should now be showing that\u00a0they are locked on to a radio station if they are plugged into AC power.\u00a0Receivers that are on battery power might still be showing &#8221;No Net&#8221; or have\u00a0&#8220;ZZ&#8221;. They are simply in sleep mode and will either wake up on their own to\u00a0scan for FM stations, or you can push the large button on the units and they\u00a0will then scan for stations. \u00a0If your receiver has not locked after doing\u00a0either of these steps, please contact our Customer Support team at\u00a0601-709-4240.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency information may now be sent to the ALERT FM receivers and via\u00a0Direct EAS using Alert Studio.<\/p>\n<p>We appreciate your patience while we restored our service and apologize for\u00a0any inconvenience that it may have caused you.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to inform you that our satellite data service is fully restored and operational.
