Position Description – Business Development Specialist:<\/p>\n
Metro Monitor would like to add a detail oriented and confident communicator to our Business Development \/ Client Service team. This position provides the opportunity to work with public relations and corporate communications professionals from all industries in markets throughout the United States. Responsibilities include: taking care of clients placing orders via inbound phone calls and emails; reaching out to prospective clients via email and phone calls to introduce them to the services we provide; leading web based product demonstrations; creating and submitting client proposals.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or Communications<\/p>\n
Sales experience and\/or sales certification<\/p>\n
Ability to reach out to new prospects and win new business to achieve sales targets<\/p>\n
Proficient in the use of all office software such as Microsoft Office and web based Customer Relationship Management applications<\/p>\n
Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/p>\n
Proven experience in client service or sales<\/p>\n
Ability to work within a team environment to provide superior client service and win new business<\/p>\n
