Requirements:<\/p>\n
\uf0d8High school graduate.
\n\uf0d8Excellent communication skills.
\n\uf0d8Friendly, outgoing personality; ability to work well with people.<\/p>\n
Required Skills:<\/p>\n
\uf0d8Customer service
\n\uf0d8Switchboard knowledge.
\n\uf0d8Answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors.
\n\uf0d8Word processing \/ Computer experience.
\n\uf0d8Type 40 – 50 wpm.
\n\uf0d8Working knowledge of Microsoft applications required.
\n\uf0d8Maintain log of all job applicants coming into station.
\n\uf0d8Sort and distribute incoming mail.
\n\uf0d8Operate fax machine and distribute incoming faxes.
\n\uf0d8Match traffic orders to printed contracts and distribute to proper personnel.
\n\uf0d8Filing
\n\uf0d8Radio and\/or TV experience a plus.<\/p>\n
