Job Description:
\nWideOrbit is looking for a motivated and experienced Product Manager for the integration of our product of WO Media Sales and WO Traffic. WO Media Sales is a software solution that allows sales professionals to analyze ratings and intelligently target their approaches for selling time slots to advertisers. The WO Media Sales Integrations Product Manager must have proven track-record of business analysis experience in the television or radio industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have had experience taking product features from conceptual design to launch. By leading the efforts of the WO Media Sales Integrations product team, you will define and communicate innovative new features and functionality for WO Media Sales.<\/p>\n
Here is more about what you will be doing:
\n\u2022Drive the development and roll out of the product including managing project goals and timelines.
\n\u2022Lead Business Analysts and Engineers to create feature specification documents.
\n\u2022Continually analyze current software needs and then define and prioritize features to meet those needs.
\n\u2022Work with our all-star engineering teams to turn prototypes and ideas into a user friendly product.
\n\u2022Strive for design perfection while reaching project goals and deadlines.
\n\u2022Collaborate with development resources on the lifecycle of new features
\n\u2022Guide multiple projects and tasks concurrently, while effectively managing change of scope or timelines.
\n\u2022Assist QA staff in testing new or changed features.<\/p>\n
Skills\/Qualifications:
\n\u20225+ years of business analysis\/product management experience in the television or radio industry with focus on sales.
\n\u20222+ years of experience on a Product Management team in the high technology, emerging media, or advertising industries is a plus.
\n\u20221+ year of experience in managing projects.
\n\u2022Strong understanding of broadcast software.
\n\u2022Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\u2022Strong attention to detail.
\n\u2022Excellent troubleshooting skills.
\n\u2022Positive entrepreneurial attitude.
\n\u2022Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.<\/p>\n
Location:
\nThis position will be based in the Birmingham, Alabama office.<\/p>\n
