Job Description:
\nWideOrbit is looking for a motivated and experienced support specialist for our WO Traffic software. The WO Traffic Support Specialist must have a proven track-record in traffic for the broadcast industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn and grow with a fast-paced team.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll be doing:
\n\u2022Help users with how-to questions regarding use of WO Traffic.
\n\u2022Identify and document software defects and requests for enhancements
\n\u2022Provide information regarding customer needs to engineering and marketing
\n\u2022Work with team to develop product support infrastructure
\n\u2022Perform other tasks as assigned<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s what we\u2019re looking for:
\n\u20222+ years of experience in a traffic role in a TV, Radio or cable station is strongly preferred.
\n\u2022Excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the telephone
\n\u2022Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new software.
\n\u2022Experience using web based applications and comfortable with learning and using new technologies
\n\u2022The ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment
\n\u2022The ability to balance competing tasks in a rapidly changing environment
\n\u2022Experience with MS Windows, Word, and Excel
\n\u2022Outstanding problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills<\/p>\n
Location:
\nThis position will be based in our San Francisco office which is in Levi\u2019s Plaza in San Francisco.<\/p>\n
