Mississippi Public Broadcasting is seeking an experienced certified educator in the Education Department. The successful candidate will display knowledge of K-12 education issues such as Common Core Standards, Dropout Prevention, Achievement Gaps, SAT and\/or MCT2 Assessments, Continuing Education, Online Learning, Classroom Technology Integration, and Professional Development. The ideal candidate must possess strong presentation and organization skills and be available to travel as needed. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
A Master\u2019s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in the area assigned by the agency, (AND) two (2) years of experience in professional education or closely related work: (OR) Class \u201cAA\u201d Certification from the Department of Education in area assigned by the agency, (AND) two (2) years of experience in professional education or closely related work; (OR) A Bachelor\u2019s from an accredited four-year college or university in the area assigned by the agency, (AND) three (3) years of experience in professional education or closely related work; (OR) A Class \u201cA\u201d Certification from the Department of Education in the area assigned by the agency, (AND) three (3) years of experience in professional education or closely related work.
