Hours:8 a.m. \u2013 5 p.m. – Monday-Friday
\nOccasional overtime (particularly on Friday evenings or
\nweekends may be required)<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
\n\u2022Receiving and enter advertising copy information and running instructions
\n\u2022Make sure proper instructions and commercials are in the station in a timely manner
\n\u2022Maintain spot database in good and consistent order
\n\u2022Experience with Wide Orbit and FTP software preferred
\n\u2022Assist Traffic Department with preparation of log, order entry, format entry, clearing of inventory and other responsibilities as needed<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will be dependable, well organized, self-starter and possess the following skills:
\n\u2022One year data computer entry required
\n\u2022Able to work with speed and accuracy in conjunction with an eye for detail
\n\u2022Able to prioritize
\n\u2022Flexible and able to work independently
\n\u2022Communicate well and articulately with co-workers and clients outside of the station
\n\u2022Relieve Administrative Assistant at least 1day per week (more if needed) for phone duty during lunch<\/p>\n
