\nWEAR ABC 3, in sunny Pensacola, FL has an immediate opening for an Executive Producer of Digital Content to help take our presence in the digital world to the next level. This position will be tasked with the upkeep and execution of strategic growth plans for our website, weartv.com<\/a>. The Executive Producer of Digital Content will be in charge of making sure our site is the most up to date, informative and engaging experience in the Northwest Florida market. This position will manage our social media efforts, including our Facebook and Twitter sites. This person will also develop specialized web content pages for our website and social media sites. This position will also coordinate all digital efforts with our sales and promotions departments.

Experience:
\n\u2022Coordinate social media content produced on behalf of WEARtv.com<\/a>.
\n\u2022Manage and implement online and mobile content for News.
\n\u2022Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, assist in budget preparation, staff hiring, scheduling, training, and development
\n\u2022Create content strategies, assist in marketing campaign development and implementation, review and analyze site metrics.
\n\u2022Meet with staff regularly to provide digital platform training, support and innovative integrations and develop new growth and revenue.
\n\u2022Maintain high level communications with all station management.
\n\u2022Meet with vendors and potential vendors to improve existing and develop new programs as well as find and develop new initiatives and programs to advance the digital team.
\n\u2022Other responsibilities as assigned
\nRequirements:
\n\u2022Significant background in media content development and marketing, preferably in television or online, strong creative, verbal, and writing skills.
\n\u2022Minimum two years\u2019 experience including understanding of Internet technology, website development and marketing, major industry and local players, key factors driving the industry and applications for media companies and advertisers.
\n\u2022Must be able to work on short timeline projects and perform under tight deadlines.
\n\u2022Experience in content management systems.
\n\u2022Working knowledge of social network platforms, their associated metrics platforms and Google Analytics.
\n\u2022Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change, uncertainty, and complexity.
\n\u2022Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals within and outside the company; ability to envision and negotiate alliances, joint ventures and partnerships.
\n\u2022The position also requires brainstorming and coordinating our multi-platform approach for breaking news, special events coverage and station initiatives.
\n\u2022This person will supervise our digital content team.
\n\u2022Previous experience in a TV broadcast operation a plus.
\n\u2022Irregular hours will be required periodically
