\nDuties & Responsibilities

\n\u2022 Coordinate campaign setup, ensuring all elements are launched correctly and on schedule
\n\u2022 Manage timelines and track campaign deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
\n\u2022 Handle Account Executive requests through an online ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and follow-through
\n\u2022 Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and optimization efforts
\n\u2022 Compile and deliver campaign reports, insights, and post-campaign summaries
\n\u2022 Support social media and digital campaign creative (when applicable)
\n\u2022 Ensure high standards of quality control, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work

\nRequirements
\n\u2022 1\u20133 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or digital sales\/support role
\n\u2022 Experience in digital media, advertising, or news environments preferred
\n\u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
\n\u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
