JOB SUMMARY: WAFF needs an enterprising reporter who loves telling stories. We want reporters who want to turn lead stories. Ideal candidate must cultivate sources.<\/p>\n
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u2022 MMJ must be able to shoot, write and edit enterprise stories.
\n\u2022 Able to work any shift as needed.
\n\u2022 Must be able to turn a digital story on daily stories.
\n\u2022 Engaged with social media.
\n\u2022 Solid knowledge of legal and ethical issues impacting journalism.
\n\u2022 Must react quickly to breaking news.
\n\u2022 Enterprising stories and making contacts is critical to the role<\/p>\n

\nRequirments:
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field.
\n\u2022 Social media proficiency.
\n\u2022 Excellent time management skills.
