Exceed annual revenue targets through a combination of new business development and account growth<\/p>\n<p>Duties\/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Proactively prospect and qualify leads in the Birmingham market and surrounding regions<br \/>\n&#8211; Conduct needs assessments with prospects and clients to design targeted digital marketing solutions<br \/>\n&#8211; Develop persuasive digital media proposals that align with client business goals and budgets<br \/>\n&#8211; Present digital marketing strategies and Gray Digital Media&#8217;s capabilities to prospective clients<br \/>\n&#8211; Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistently exceed monthly and annual revenue goals<br \/>\n&#8211; Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across B2B and B2C segments<br \/>\n&#8211; Partner with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction<br \/>\n&#8211; Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to position Gray Digital Media as a trusted advisor<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintain detailed account records and utilize CRM systems to track all client interactions and opportunities<br \/>\n&#8211; Participate in networking events, industry associations, and business development activities<br \/>\n&#8211; Demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, and a consultative approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement<\/p>\n<p>Required Technical Proficiencies:<br \/>\n&#8211; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook<br \/>\n&#8211; Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM and digital marketing platforms<br \/>\n&#8211; Ability to analyze digital metrics and communicate ROI to clients<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications\/Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Minimum 2+ years of consultative B2B or B2C outside sales experience (digital marketing, media ad sales, or agency experience strongly preferred)<br \/>\n&#8211; Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying leads, and building revenue pipelines<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and measurement<br \/>\n&#8211; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<br \/>\n&#8211; Ability to think strategically and design custom solutions for complex client challenges<br \/>\n&#8211;
