These individuals will work as part of a team to develop &amp; deliver on-site &amp; online quality training, resources &amp; technical assistance to teachers, early learning, after-school providers &amp; parents.<br \/>\nRequirements: Bachelor\u2019s degree in early childhood, child development, child life or related field; master\u2019s degree preferred. Recent (within the past 5 years) experience related to early childhood development and\/or early literacy, 3 years\u2019 experience working in a preschool, kindergarten, primary grades and\/or formal or informal after-school programs preferred. Strong oral &amp; written communication skills, strong computer &amp; technology skills, experience developing educational materials &amp; delivery in an online environment preferred. Fluency in Spanish preferred. The position involves in-state travel, some evening &amp; weekend work &amp; some lifting of training materials.
