Job Description:
\nWideOrbit is
\nlooking for a motivated and experienced support specialist for our new software
\npackage \u2013 WO Media Sales. WO Media Sales is a software solution that allows
\nsales professionals to analyze ratings and intelligently target their approaches
\nfor selling time slots to advertisers. The WO Media Sales Product Support
\nSpecialist must have a proven track-record in the television or radio industry,
\npossess excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn and grow with a
\nfast-paced team.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll be doing:
\n\u2022Help users with how-to
\nquestions regarding use of WO Media Sales
\n\u2022Identify and document software
\ndefects and requests for enhancements
\n\u2022Provide information regarding
\ncustomer needs to engineering and marketing
\n\u2022Work with team to develop
\nproduct support infrastructure
\n\u2022Perform other tasks as assigned
\n\u2022Reports
\nto the Director of Product Support<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s what we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n
\u20222+ years of experience at a television or radio station within a sales
\ndepartment is strongly preferred.
\n\u2022Experience with advertising\/media sales
\nproposals and stewardship applications.
\n\u2022Excellent interpersonal skills,
\nespecially over the telephone.
\n\u2022Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn
\nnew software.
\n\u2022Experience using web based applications and comfortable with
\nlearning and using new technologies.
\n\u2022The ability to work effectively under
\npressure and balance competing tasks in a rapidly changing environment.<\/p>\n
\u2022Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
\n\u2022Outstanding
\ncommunication, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational
\nskills.<\/p>\n
