Job Description:
\nWideOrbit is
\nlooking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join the WO Media Sales
\nteam as an Implementation Specialist. Our Implementation Specialists travel to
\nour clients\u2019 sites nationally and oversee all aspects of the implementation
\nprocess. They work with other members of the WO Media Sales Implementation team
\nand the client, to develop a thorough understanding of the clients specific
\nbusiness objectives and then creates and executes a project plan that achieved
\nthose objectives. The Implementation Specialist must be able to effectively
\ncommunicate and educate customers on various configurations and\/or
\ncustomization. WideOrbit\u2019s success is highly dependent on the Implementation
\nSpecialist\u2019s success at the client site.<\/p>\n
Here is what you\u2019ll be doing:<\/p>\n
\u2022Effectively communicate and educate customers on various configurations
\nand\/or customization options.
\n\u2022Travel to our clients\u2019 sites nationally and
\noversee all aspects of the implementation process including installation and
\ntraining new users.
\n\u2022Conduct web based training sessions.
\n\u2022Troubleshoot
\nconfiguration issues and recommend action plans for resolution.
\n\u2022Be able to
\neffectively communicate to a technical or non-technical audience.
\n\u2022Work with
\nall stakeholders including customers, industry groups, and internal departments
\nsuch as development, product management, and release management.
\n\u2022Identify
\nand document software defects and requests for enhancements.
\n\u2022Work with a
\nteam to develop product support infrastructure.
\n\u2022Assist as needed with
\nspecial projects.<\/p>\n
Here is what we\u2019re looking for:
\n\u2022BS\/BA from an
\naccredited college or university is strongly preferred.
\n\u20225+ years of
\nexperience at a broadcast company within a sales department is strongly
\npreferred.
\n\u2022Experience working on broadcast sales systems is a
\nplus.
\n\u2022Ability to travel up to 70% travel will be required.
\n\u2022Strong
\ncomputer skills and ability to learn and work with software.
\n\u2022Must have
\nexcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\u2022Ability to work with
\nminimal supervision.
\n\u2022The ability to work effectively under pressure in a
\nteam environment.
\n\u2022Able to balance competing tasks in a rapidly changing
\nenvironment.<\/p>\n
Location:
\nThis position is open to working remotely or
\nbeing based in any WO office. There will be 70% travel in this role.<\/p>\n
