\nLOCAL 15 News is seeking an aggressive, energetic, and creative Full-Time Production Assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
\n* Gathering news affecting the community
\n* Preparing story items for presentation in the newscasts
\n* Assisting in the efficient operation of the assignment desk
\n* Posting content to our website and social media sites
\n* Running cameras and prompter for the newscasts.<\/p>\n

\nRequirements:
\nRequirements include, but are not limited to :
\n* Commitment to journalistic standards of ethics and accuracy
\n* Ability to communicate effectively
\n* Basic computer knowledge\/word processing skills
\n* General knowledge and interest in local, national, and world news
\n* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
\n* Proficiency with Facebook, Twitter, and emerging social media
\nAdditional Information:
\nThis position is Full-Time and will require working a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
