\nJOB SUMMARY: Maintain company’s IT network, servers, and security systems
\nas well as direct development of strategic plans to meet department service

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
\n* Oversee the day to day
\nmaintenance, repair, project planning, design, installation, and administrative
\nfunctions of the department.
\n* Direct the development of strategic plans to
\norganize the department to meet its service responsibilities and operate
\nefficiently while undergoing rapid change due to the adoption of newer Broadcast
\nIT based technologies, the launch of new services, and the construction of new
\nfacilities.
\n* Maintain and ensure all documentation is up to date including
\nbut not limited to system diagrams (IT and technical facilities), schematics,
\ntechnical specification documents and standards and training manuals.
\n*
\nInvestigate and diagnose network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making
\nrecommendations for improving the company’s IT systems and carrying out routine
\nconfiguration and installation of IT solutions.
\n* Order, maintain and monitor
\nthe purchases of equipment and services.<\/p>\n
Specialized Knowledge\/Skills\/Abilities:
\n* Innovative and imaginative
\napproach to content security, storage, and distribution.
\n* Computer
\nengineering skills.
\n* Knowledge of data storage equipment and schemes.
\n*
\nExcellent communications and interpersonal skills.
\n* Time management
\nskills.<\/p>\n
Education\/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical and\/or
\nComputer Science. (3) Years experience in computer systems, network design, and
\nadministration.<\/p>\n
Training\/Equipment: Broadcast equipment, and latest computer
\ntechnology.<\/p>\n
Work Environment\/Physical Requirements: Position requires lifting up to 50
\npounds. High stress environment with deadline pressures. Position may require
\nwork on weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
