\nWABM\/WBMA\/WTTO has an immediate opening for a Promotions Producer.
\nThe ideal candidate must be able to write, shoot and edit promos while managing deadlines At least two years of promotion experience is necessary as well as proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Avid and Photoshop. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are a must. Basic professional shooting skills and experience in News promotion are a plus along with advanced skills in After Effects.

Experience:
\nMust be able to produce all facets of original long form community service programming, serve on crew as needed for live sports broadcasts including pre and post production projects, provide creative input in conceptualizing station image campaigns and promo production with the goal of increasing viewership and growing ratings, participate in outside station sponsored events and activities as assigned and be willing to adjust their work schedule accordingly.
\nRequirements:
\nMust actively participate in maintaining a consistent, cutting edge and fresh creative look in all news promotion, syndicated promotion and overall on-air look, coordinate with news talent and promotion writers to produce news teases and topicals as assigned, write shoot and edit generic episodic, ID’s and image new spots, assist in production of outside media creative during sweeps periods, become efficient in OSI to serve as back up to the log editor filling logs with promotion inventory, maintain a valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance and good driving record in order to drive a company vehicle.
