WHNT-TV, CBS in Huntsville, Alabama, has an immediate opening for a full-time Editor\/Multimedia Production Assistant. A Multimedia Production Assistant must be able to fulfill a variety of studio, control room and newsroom functions for live television newscasts and various multimedia platforms. The primary duties include editing digital video using non-linear editing systems like Final Cut Pro. Other duties may include running robotic cameras, running audio, teleprompter operation, posting content (video & text) to station website and social media sites.
\nMust be able to work under extreme pressure and deadlines. Hours will vary and will include early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Good communication skills and team-centered mindset.
\nA college degree in Television Production, Communications or related-degree is preferred.<\/p>\n
