JOB TITLE: Office Director I

\nANNUAL ENTRY SALARY: $57,593.08<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION:
\nMPB is seeking a seasoned, highly creative television producer to lead our production department. The incumbent will be responsible for administration and development of content for television programs. Successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to produce documentary style and series productions from conception to broadcast. This position is classified as Non-State Service, Exempt.<\/p>\n
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
\n\u2022Requires high level of management
\n\u2022Supervises 25-30 persons
\n\u2022Oversees TV Production Operations, Live Production, and Documentary Production<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
\nA Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (AND) eight (8) years in the special experience defined below, five (5) years of which must have included line or functional administrative or advanced technical supervision.

\nA Master\u2019s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, (AND) seven (7) years in the special experience defined below, five (5) years of which must have included line or functional administrative or advanced technical supervision.<\/p>\n
SPECIAL EXPERIENCE:
\nEmployment must have been in an administrative, professional capacity in an area of work related to the functional responsibility of the agency in which the position exists. In those agencies where registered specialists provide the primary source of functional and technical knowledge for planning and accomplishing the mission of the agency, the incumbent must be registered and experienced in that profession. Work experience must have included supervising and coordinating a variety of functions.<\/p>\n
