WKRN-TV, Media General\u2019s ABC Affiliate in Nashville, TN, has a career opportunity for an experienced Meteorologist.<\/p>\n
Skills (Essential and Preferred):
\nWKRN-TV is seeking a Meteorologist with outstanding weather forecasting and storm tracking skills combined with the ability to forecast in high pressure situations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in social media. A Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism or equivalent work experience in a newsroom is preferred.<\/p>\n
Experience (Essential and Preferred):
\nSeven years of experience as a television Meteorologist preferred.<\/p>\n
Job Skills:
\nPreparation and presentation of weather-related television programs including, but not limited to, responsibilities for reporting, writing and editing as assigned.
