\n\u2022Generate new business for the station through cold calling.
\n\u2022Work with management and full time employees to present, negotiate and close sales programs and sponsorship opportunities to new clients.
\n\u2022Sell and create integrated on-air, on-line, and on-site programs to help further clients\u2019 goals.
\n\u2022Provide outstanding service to new and existing clients, including helping to develop ideas for programs or promotional opportunities.
\n\u2022Communicate and manage all aspects of signed agreements with the production, and promotions departments, including but not limited to timelines, approvals and updates.
\n\u2022Represent Blackbelt Broadcasting Inc. in the highest regard within the community, our clients, and audience.
\n\u2022Represent Blackbelt Broadcasting Inc. in the highest regard within the community and business environment when involved in civic and professional organizations to further project the 96.3 WLYB FM name and image
\n\u2022Present proposals to potential clients effectively through both written and verbal communication.
\n\u2022Address client\/customer needs while following company procedures.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Stable work history
\n\u2022A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
\n\u2022Experience selling advertising, sponsorships, promotional programs or fundraising.
\n\u2022Experience developing business in electronic or print media
\n\u2022Experience generating clients through cold calling.
\n\u2022Experience developing a marketing\/events strategy for clients and executing that plan.<\/p>\n
