\nWe are looking for a strong leader of people, a seasoned negotiator of agency business and someone able to help salespeople develop new business, digital sales and conceptualize opportunities across all platforms. Our Local Sales Manager must be self-motivated, highly organized, diverse individual with a passion for training, growing people and meeting with clients. The position will assist in revenue forecasting, annual budgets, maximizing all airtime, digital and social media assets and thorough knowledge of all support systems, (including OSI, AdConnections, Microsoft Work, Excel and Power Point).<\/p>\n

Experience:
\nThe ideal candidate needs five years\u2019 experience in television broadcast sales. A minimum of two years management experience is preferred. Experience working in a television duopoly environment will be a plus.<\/p>\n
