 We are pleased to inform you that our satellite data service is fullyrestored and operational. Your ALERT FM receivers should now be showing that they are locked on to a radio station if they are plugged into AC power. Receivers that are on battery power might still be showing ”No Net” or have “ZZ”. They are simply in sleep mode and will either wake up on their own to scan for FM stations, or you can push the large button on the units and they will then scan for stations. If your receiver has not locked after doing either of these steps, please contact our Customer Support team at 601-709-4240. Emergency information may now be sent to the ALERT FM receivers and via Direct EAS using Alert Studio.
