Lowest Unit Rate windows open 45 days prior to the primary and runoff and 60 days prior to the general election or a special election. 

Primary is held on May 24 (LUC starts Friday, April 8)

Primary runoff is held on June 21 (LUC starts Friday, May 6)

General election is held on Nov 8 (LUC starts Thursday, September 8)
