For the last 19 years, Ryan Fowler has been entertaining Tuscaloosa and west Alabama with commentary on headlines surrounding The University of Alabama and the Southeastern Conference, as well as, major stories in the sports world.

His first year in radio was when Mike Dubose was coaching at Alabama. He has interviewed many of the Alabama football legends who enhance the rich history of the university. Joe Namath, Earl Campbell, AJ McCarron, Lee Roy Jordan, John Hannah, Barrett Jones, Archie Manning and many other legends of college football hang out to share their stories and many of them are featured weekly.

Ryan’s show airs from 2-6pm on Tide 102.9, with a strong following on streaming options which are available on Tide1029.com, Tide 102.9 app, and several listening devices offer Tide 100.9/102.9 as an option.

Ryan lives in Coker, AL with his wife, daughter and beautiful blue Weimaraner named Samson, who is mentioned frequently on Ryan’s shows. There is nothing more important in my life than my daily walk with Jesus Christ.
