WSFA 12 News, the NBC affiliate in Montgomery Alabama, is looking for an experienced Creative Services producer/photographer. This position will work with the WSFA Marketing Department/Creative Services team to produce effective and creative commercials, as well as station/news promotion projects.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a minimum of one year hands on knowledge and experience in a production field. Non-linear editing experience is a must, (Adobe Creative Cloud preferred) experience shooting in studio and in the field, strong writing skills and knowledge of proper lighting techniques. This is a detailed-oriented position that requires excellent organizational skills.  This person will be expected to be a team player and take part in all aspects of promotion and marketing, work closely with the Creative Services Manager, Station Promotion Team, Sales and Clients to conceptualize, write, shoot and edit commercials. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and will have very strong videography background. Intermediate knowledge of DSLR equipment is a requirement. Some nights/weekends may be required. This position reports directly to the Creative Services Manager. Must have a clean driving record and pass a drug screening test.
