Job Title:Local Sales Assistant

Reports to:General Sales Manager/National Sales Manager

Physical Location:WZDX-TV Fox 54
1309 North Memorial Parkway
Huntsville AL 35801

Hours:8 AM – 5 PM Monday-Friday

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
•Assist Corporate Director of Sales: prepare and update presentations, create and update weekly reports, expense reports, travel arrangements, etc.
•Assist Account Executives: enter and edit orders, assist in preparing and updating presentations, create and update weekly reports, etc.
•Responsible for all ITN orders (National)
•Prepare marketing reports and presentations (Local and National)
•Manage PI (Per Inquiry) commercial spots
•Compile competitive information.
•Serve as back-up for the National Sales Manager Assistant.
•Cover front desk during lunch and breaks 1 day per week.

The ideal candidate will be: dependable, well organized, multi-tasking, self-starter and possess the following skills:
•1 year computer data entry experience minimum
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Detail oriented
•Good communication skills
