She also has helped create and develop Poynter’s use of interactive teaching tools like online chats and podcasts. Birmingham attorney Darrell Tucker represents construction, insurance, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies in commercial disputes, class actions, and mass tort litigation. Through his litigation experience, Darrell has experience in obtaining records from governmental agencies through the Freedom of Information Act. |
