Job Description:
WideOrbit is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic sales software product – WO Media Sales Radio. In this role, the BA will work closely with the business team and possibly clients directly to understand requirements definition and write detailed specs, as well as business use cases, workflows and perform some QA testing for the product. The BA will also perform the same tasks to achieve successful product integration between WO Media Sales and WO Traffic. As an important project team member, you will be expected to be detail oriented, goal driven and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external resources.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
•Work on a scrum team in an agile development environment.
•Take direction and ownership of the project’s goals and timelines.
•Gather and clearly document requirements, business cases, workflows for new product features for WO Media Sales and product integrations specific to WO Media Sales and WO Traffic.
•Prepare specification documents for various functional areas – making business processes into features for software.
•Communicate and document requirements for managers, team members and development resources.
•Collaborate with development resources on the lifecycle of new features.
•Guide multiple projects and tasks concurrently, while effectively managing change of scope or timelines.
•Assist QA staff in testing and Documentation team on new or changed features.
•Train internal staff on new or changed features.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
•Experience with the radio or television industries with focus on sales, research, and proposals is desired.
•Knowledge of systems implementation, integration and software development is preferred.
•1+ year of experience in technical writing, business analysis, project management, and/or QA.
•Ability to collaborate with clients, internal staff and teams.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong analytical and technical skills.
•Positive entrepreneurial attitude.

Location:
This position can work in any WideOrbit office.
