Multi-Media Journalist/Photographer

Job Description:
The ideal candidate should be proficient in digital media. Three years’ experience in News Photography preferred, along with excellent communications skills and a working knowledge of current News events.

Skills (Essential and Preferred):
Operate broadcast News camera – Edit News stories using Edius – Operate ENG and SNG trucks – Operate broadband transmission equipment (TVU) – Must be able to tell strong, creative stories with video and sound – Must demonstrate strong, solid News judgment – Work well under pressure – Must pay attention to details – Must have a good attitude and work well with others.

Experience (Essential and Preferred):
A College Degree is preferred or equivalent workroom experience in a newsroom.
A solid understanding of Windows and general computer knowledge required.
