WSFA 12 News, the dominant Raycom-owned NBC affiliate in beautiful Montgomery, Alabama, seeks a dynamic General Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will have experience recruiting exceptional sellers, coaching, training and leading team members to consistently grow market share and new revenue streams. The candidate must be an innovative leader who knows how to maximize revenue on TV, Online and Mobile. A successful track record driving LOCAL revenue and selling creative solutions and revenue
projects is required. We need an expert at pricing/inventory control, strategic planning, managing multiple sales projects, motivating and leading Local AE’s and developing new business. Need to be skilled with WideOrbit, Matrix, One Domain, and Marshall Marketing. Five years television sales management experience preferred; college degree preferred.
