Associate Producer

We are seeking an experienced Associate Producer, who is a non-traditional thinker.

The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills and news judgment. The person who fills this position will assist newscast producers with the production of their daily newscasts and fill in for producers when they are on vacation or are sick. This job requires flexibility in your shift.

Candidates must have the ability to take direction and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Daily duties will include contributing to all WKRN digital platforms, including wkrn.com, Facebook and Twitter.
Prior experience in a television newsroom preferred.
