Job Description:
WideOrbit is
looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join the WO Media Sales
team as an Implementation Specialist. Our Implementation Specialists travel to
our clients’ sites nationally and oversee all aspects of the implementation
process. They work with other members of the WO Media Sales Implementation team
and the client, to develop a thorough understanding of the clients specific
business objectives and then creates and executes a project plan that achieved
those objectives. The Implementation Specialist must be able to effectively
communicate and educate customers on various configurations and/or
customization. WideOrbit’s success is highly dependent on the Implementation
Specialist’s success at the client site.

Here is what you’ll be doing:

•Effectively communicate and educate customers on various configurations
and/or customization options.
•Travel to our clients’ sites nationally and
oversee all aspects of the implementation process including installation and
training new users.

•BS/BA from an

computer skills and ability to learn and work with software.
•Must have
excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Creative Services Manager must be able to sit, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work in close proximity to others, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
