JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
MPB is seeking an assistant to support its Human Resources Department. The incumbent will assist the Director of Human Resources in advertising, recruitment, filing, correspondence, scheduling training for employees, wellness events and preparation for career/internship fairs. The incumbent will also be responsible for answering calls as a receptionist for the agency on a rotation basis. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong organizational and computer skills. An ability to multitask and handle numerous projects at once is a plus.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A Master’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Personnel Management, Public Administration, or a related field (OR) A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Personnel Management, Public Administration, or a related field (AND) one (1) year of experience related to the above-described duties; (OR) Graduation from a four-year high school or equivalent (GED) (AND) five (5) years of experience related to the above described duties; (OR) Related education and related experience may be substituted on an equal basis.
