ANNUAL ENTRY SALARY: $25,598.68
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
MPB is seeking an assistant to support its Human Resources Department. The incumbent will assist the Director of Human Resources in advertising, recruitment, filing, correspondence, scheduling training for employees, wellness events and preparation for career/internship fairs. The incumbent will also be responsible for answering calls as a receptionist for the agency on a rotation basis. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong organizational and computer skills. An ability to multitask and handle numerous projects at once is a plus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A Master’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Personnel Management, Public Administration, or a related field (OR) A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Personnel Management, Public Administration, or a related field (AND) one (1) year of experience related to the above-described duties; (OR) Graduation from a four-year high school or equivalent (GED) (AND) five (5) years of experience related to the above described duties; (OR) Related education and related experience may be substituted on an equal basis. Frank is Telos Alliance CEO and Omnia Audio founder and has been the driving force behind the design of Omnia processors over the last several years. He was the recipient of the NAB Radio Engineering Achievement Award in 2013. He will discuss in detail proper configuration for analog and digital processing. He indicates “the biggest problem with HD Radio is that engineers are still setting their digital processors the way analog processors are set up…that is incorrect…digital processors are completely different.”
Jeff has worked with Nautel for over 23 years. He is currently the Nautel Sales Manager for U.S. Central Region but previously he spent 16.5 years as a Nautel Customer Service Technician. He will open the lid and take the mystery out of HD Radio technology . Jeff has been involved in numerous digital projects all over the country. Importers, Exporters and Exgine will be discussed in detail. Proper set up, configuration and maintenance will be covered.
