WKRG-News 5, a dominant Media General owned CBS affiliate in Mobile/Pensacola, market 59, is looking for a Commercial Producer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to writing, producing, shooting directing and editing commercials and other video projects. This position will act as a Client Services Representative working closely with the Account Executives and their clients; provide client services in the production of commercials; assist in coordination of daily production schedule; and perform additional duties as deemed necessary for the successful operation of the station as deemed by management.

Four-year college degree preferred. Two years commercial broadcast writing/producing experience preferred with emphasis on client services and sales support. Thorough knowledge of field and post production. Must have the ability to operate computer design graphics programs and the ability to edit on linear and non-linear systems as well as operate a video camera with an understanding of lighting an area and/or scene.. Should possess good oral and written skills. Good interpersonal skills needed for client interaction. Must be able to lift up to and including 70 pounds.
