WALA-TV & WFNA- TV is searching for a Digital Director to lead the development and execution of our digital strategy. Our mission is to be the market leading local multimedia company and advertiser’s preferred choice for innovative and relevant content on all platforms. This is a department head position and the DD is expected to perform duties associated with managing a department.

Requirements:
The Digital Director will manage the station brand execution across all digital platforms and is responsible for achieving traffic and revenue goals. The DD must be able to visualize strategy in an ever-changing, dynamic media landscape through behavioral analysis and customer needs identification. Focusing on key performance indicators as well as “big picture” results are paramount to gauge success.
