JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Director is responsible for development and execution of digital strategy across multiple platforms. He/She will have oversight to the department and provide leadership and direction to the digital team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Acute focus on the visualization of new media strategy through customer behavior analysis, customer needs identification, business opportunity/challenge evaluation, and investment/returns quantification.

Realize initiatives through defined key performance indicators of growth.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Achieve traffic and revenue goals.
Manage a department of digital professionals.
Provide leadership and guidance across all digital platforms to include branding/execution and research.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Technical knowledge of information architecture, data management, systems, and programming languages as applied to the digital landscape.
Process Management- good process development/management necessary to get things done. Recognize opportunities for synergy to integrate and simplify complex processes.
Communication- ability to listen to others and communicate in an effective manner.
Business Acumen- knows how business and industry work, knowledgeable in current/future policies, practices, trends, technology, aware of competition and marketplace.

Experience:
Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus.
(3) Years prior experience specific to digital environment.
Broadcast Digital Management a plus.
Training/Equipment: Proficient in Microsoft Office desktop applications
Requirements:
Work Environment/Mental/Physical Requirements: High stress office environment with deadline pressures. Position will require day-to-day multi-tasking, and well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with frequent change in direction and priority.
