WAAY-TV, in Huntsville, AL has immediate openings for two Executive Producers.

WAAY-TV is looking for Executive Producers to oversee producers, reporters and help run day-to-day operations of the newsroom. We are market 79 and we are growing. Our newsroom is focused on breaking news, investigative reporting and big story treatment. Our goal is simple: be the best.

Huntsville, AL is a hidden gem. We are home to NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, the US Army’s Aviation and Missile Command and the second largest research park in the country!

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree in Journalism, Mass Communication or equivalent.
3 years’ experience as a Director, Producer or Photographer or Newsroom management.
A valid Alabama drivers’ license and good driving record.
Ability to carry heavy video equipment in locations with difficult access.
Bilingual a plus.
