WCOV-TV, Montgomery’s FOX Affiliate, is seeking a General Sales Manager. The right candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years of television advertising sales experience. This position is available immediately. The right candidate for this position should have the following:

•Five years minimum of television advertising sales management experience.
•Sales experience in multiple markets.
•Microsoft Office proficiency required; working knowledge of WideOrbit traffic system a strong plus.
•Experience with a Fox or other independent affiliate a plus.
•Effective leadership, motivational, and management skills.
•Effective training skills necessary to share knowledge with local sales staff.
•A positive attitude and excellent people skills.
•Creative abilities that help close sales to the benefit of both client and the station.
•Must enjoy working in the field with sales staff and advertisers.
•Relocation to Montgomery, Alabama required.
