Successful candidates must be dynamic, proactive leaders who participate in the selling efforts through team building and leadership across broadcast, secondary, and digital platforms. They should possess excellent motivational and teaching skills as well as street level training abilities. This position will be involved in all aspects of the sales operation including overall budget performance, accurate forecasting, inventory management and staff development as well as participating in promotional and community events. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, expertise in planning and establishing revenue goals and implementing the strategies/tactics to achieve them; must have excellent communication skills, a successful track record in new business development; a positive “can do” attitude; strong work ethic and integrity and willing to lead by example. 1 – 2 years recent television sales management experience (local and national combined) as a local or national sales manager(preferred); working knowledge of Matrix, Wide Orbit and traffic systems is a strong plus.
