Multi-Media Journalist – 2 Local / 1 Bureau

WTVY, Dothan’s #1 rated news station has an immediate opening for a Multimedia Journalist.
Primary responsibilities include writing, shooting and editing for stories to be run in news programming on three networks.
Strong live skills and producing experience is a plus. Knowledge of Panasonic P2 camera, edius and INews is also a plus. WTVY covers counties in three states; Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
Our primary DMA is in Southeast Alabama. WTVY is the established market leader in Dothan. We have a live truck, a satellite truck, multiple backpack live units and three bureaus and we produce more than 28 hours of live news per week. One year of commercial or university experience preferred.
