WDHN, the ABC affiliate in Dothan, Alabama, is accepting applications for the position of a News Anchor. This person will be responsible for anchoring the stations three evening/night newscasts. The person selected must be eager to produce and report franchise/sweeps pieces as needed.

Two years reporting experience is preferred but will consider talent with no experience level. All applicants considered.  WDHN is a small market television station, with former employees now working in major markets around the country.

Terrific computer and writing skills are necessary and essential. Knowledge of I-News (or similar software) is preferred. The selected applicant must be able to edit video proficiently. The ability to lift 40 pounds, work well with others, a satisfactory driving history, and able to pass a background check is mandatory.
