Job Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:

• Building and Maintaining good customer relationships
• Sourcing – Identifying and Securing new business opportunities
• Educating Clients on the benefits of using radio as a advertising medium
• Generate creative solutions for clients – Present Proposals and Make the Sale
• Deliver and Maintain Accurate Reports

Requirements:

• Excellent Sales Skills and the Drive to Sell
• Strong Business Skills and the ability to make accurate revenue forecasts
• Confidence and Determination to pursue leads, overcome obstacles and secure deals
• Be Able to Handle Rejection
• Have Excellent Writing and Presentation and Communication Skills

• Pay Close Attention to Detail
• Be Able to Work Calmly Effectively Under Pressure, React Quickly and Meet Tight Deadlines
