Caroline Chambers was named Senior Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in November 2020.  Previously, she served as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, and President of the Charitable Foundation at Comerica Bank, where she led strategies supporting the company’s business development and corporate citizenship goals.

Chambers is a trustee for the Center for the Study of Citizenship at Wayne State University and a Menttium Mentor. She is the recipient of various community awards and recognition such as Corp! Magazine Diversity Champion, Birmingham/Bloomfield Race Relations and Diversity Champion, Michigan Chronicle Women of Excellence, and American Arab Chamber of Commerce Partner Award.

Chambers received her BA in Journalism and Communications from the University of Georgia and her Masters’ of Public Administration from the University of Michigan.
